Prenatal Training

Sound Baths & Meditation

Sound baths are immersive experiences where participants are enveloped in soothing sounds and vibrations, typically produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs and chimes. These sessions, lasting 60 minutes, promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. Attendees often report improved mental clarity, emotional release, and a deeper connection to their inner selves. Join us for sound bath at the Henry Ford Cancer Center every first Monday to experience these transformative benefits firsthand.

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage is often used to treat muscle pain, injury, and stiffness. Massage therapy has also been used for the treatment of mental and emotional problems, including stress, anxiety, and depression.
