At The Village Personal Training and Wellness, our vision is to build a franchise of wellness centers that focuses on holistic fitness and health equity.

Plan your next transformation and maximize your health with the Holistically Fit Wellness Planner. By taking an 8 dimensional approach to wellness, we help clients achieve more balanced and fulfulling lives. These dimensions include physical, spiritual, mental, financial, intellectual, social, emotional, and environmental.This journal challenges you to set a goal in each area of wellness at the beginning of the month. We also provide ideas on how you can practice to improve your wellness in these areas. 

 

To help you improve your strength and conditioning, I have included 12 weeks of fitness logs to help you plan your workouts and keep track of your progress. Your workout logs will be integrated with self care practices like affirmations, confidence exercises, prompts, and meditation so you can simultaneously improve your mental fitness.  At the end I included a few extra Reference Guides to help you gain alignment and enhance your wellness experience with a calorie chart, prayer, and color meditation.
